Residents are encouraged to join the Deerfield Manor Homeowners Association (DMHA). Your membership sponsors a variety of neighborhood activities, and includes one neighborhood directory and one set of (12) luminaria for the holiday season.

The DMHA is actively involved in our neighborhood and provides all of Deerfield Manor's residents with the following:

• Neighborhood improvement projects (e.g., the new Deerfield Manor sign at the Millwood Drive entrance to the neighborhood);
• Spring and Fall street cleanups (combined with a "Treasure Hunt" activity for kids);
• Annual Block Party (for all ages - another huge success this year with over 250 residents attending);
• Progressive Dinner (for adults - Spring event);
• Coordination and advertising for neighborhood Garage Sales (Spring);
• Secret Santa for neighborhood children;
• DeerfieldManor.com, a neighborhood web site containing the latest information about neighborhood developments; and
• Annual Meeting with topical speakers (scheduled in February).

Please join our ranks by:

1. Completing a directory update form (please provide at least one e-mail address);
2. Attaching a check for the annual dues made out to the Deerfield Manor Homeowners Association; and
3. Returning the form and a check to the Treasurer.
